Doberge Cakes

Made from our almond cake – six thin layers of cake alternating with pudding. Available in Chocolate, Lemon, Strawberry, Cream Cheese. We also offer a Chocolate on Chocolate & ½ & ½ Doberge cakes. Chocolate Doberge & ½ Chocolate ½ Lemon are our two standard doberge cakes that are available on a regular basis. 3-4 days advance order is recommended.

Banana Split Cakes

One half layer of devil’s food cake with Bavarian cream and sliced banana filling, one half layer of almond cake with strawberry and pineapple filling, another layer of devil’s food cake with banana and cream filling, finally another layer of almond cake. This cake is iced in whipped cream, topped with strawberry and pineapple filling, garnished with pecans.

Black Forest

One layer of devil’s food cake, almond and cherry filling, one layer of almond cake iced with whipped cream, garnished with chocolate cake crumbs and six long stem cherries.

Carrot – Red Velvet – Italian Cream (All Torte Style)

Four ½ layers of their respective cake, iced and filled with our cream cheese butter cream. - Red Velvet is garnished with red velvet cake crumbs - Carrot Cake is garnished with pecans - Italian Cream is garnished with toasted pecans and coconut

Chantilly Cream Cake

Four half layers of vanilla cake with a sliced strawberry and raspberry filling. This cake is iced in Chantilly cream and has toasted almonds on the sides. Fresh seasonal fruit on top by order.

Coconut Cream Cake

Four half layers of coconut cake filled with coconut Bavarian cream and iced in coconut whipped cream.

German Chocolate

German chocolate cake – torte style with german chocolate icing (has pecans pieces & coconut flakes) as the filling and icing. Finished off with poured fudge, pecans and light chocolate icing.

Strawberry Shortcake

Two half layers of yellow cake, filled with whole strawberries and strawberry glaze, topped with whipped cream and a whole strawberry.

Sarah Bernhardt

One layer of yellow cake (base) iced in butter cream and garnished with macaroon crunch. (Top) sponge cake soaked with rum flavor covered with raspberry-apple fruit glaze (doughnut jelly) topped with whipped cream and macaroon crunch.

Nero & Bianco (Black & White)

Three half layers of devil’s food and three half layers of almond intermittent through the cake, filled with light chocolate icing and iced with white icing. This cake boasts an elegant fudge poured top and is decorated with white chocolate dipped cherries.

Heavenly Delight Cake

One layer of brownie with fudge filling, two layers devil’s food cake with a pecan and marshmallow filling – iced in fudge and topped with additional pecans and marshmallows with poured fudge.

Muffaletta: 8 inch or mini sized breads for muffaletta sandwiches
Po-Boy Loaf – French: 1lb of Italian bread dough rolled into a po-boy style loaf
Panini: 8 inch Italian bread rounds for making panini sandwiches
Focaccia: mixed Italian seasonings, tomatoes and pimentos. Loaf, or pistolette size.
Butterettes: Soft and buttery, “pull apart” dinner rolls. Serve warm with butter.
Pistolettes: 3oz hand rolled Italian bread rolls for sandwiches
Hamburger Buns: White Italian bread pieces hand rolled into burger buns, with a crisp exterior and soft doughy inside.
Knot Bread: Italian bread dough rolled and knotted with or without seeds on top.
